May we ask the Lord each day for a way to shine as the stars, roar as the waves and be silent as the mountains - so that in everything He may receive all the glory unto eternity.
Take Action
Loving God means taking action. It means loving His people and sharing in their elation as well as their sufferings. Just as Christ did for us all, to the greatest extent, here on earth.
"If one part suffers, every part suffers with it and if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it..."
1 Corinthians 12:26
Be Still.
The most important thing in life is to have faith in God. For nothing except faith in God can save a person. Take time, quiet your voice and the noises around you and listen to what God has to say to you. Take the time to ask God that His will be done in your life. Yearn for Gods guidance with all your heart.
Stand Up.
“A person only believes that which affects their life.”
It is easy to talk, to pretend, or even to believe that you do believe. But ask yourself, "what am I willing to do, or to sacrifice, so that others may feel the same love of God which I undeservingly receive?"
Organisations
Here are a few organisations that can Help you use your God given talents for His kingdom. These organisations have platforms where you can provide support by being active, participating in sports and activities that you love. It is not about being the fastest or the best, but about what God teaches you through it, and the message that God can give to those around you through your actions.
“You can praise God by peeling a speck, if you peel it to perfection“ - Chariots of Fire. I will add to this quote, "and it is at the Lord's command."
Whatever you feel God gave you that you can use to help Gods children, use it. Be a living reminder to the world of Gods incomprehensible love and unfailing promises. Be relentless in loving those who need it most. If you know of other organisations that could be listed here, please let me know.
